Originated in Germany in 1977, camel active is a renowned outdoor casual wear brand of fashion products, comprising apparel, shoes, bags and small accessories sold internationally, which also has been establishing its awareness in the Malaysian market since 1984. The brand logos as used under the umbrella of the original camel active brand from Europe are the three shown above.

It has come to our attention that products in the categories of clothing, shoes, bags and small accessories closely resembling, and which could be confused as being from camel active and C by camel active are being sold through unauthorized retailers especially on E-commerce market places. We wish to inform the public that camel active and C by camel active, bearing only the logos shown above, are sold exclusively through the following official sales channels:

• camel active Stores in major shopping malls
• camel active counters in all major departmental stores eg. Parkson, AEON, SOGO, Isetan, Metrojaya, Pacific, The Store, Gama, Billion, Serway, Farley, Boulevard
• Official camel active Website (www.camelactive.my)
• Shopee Mall (camelactive.os), Laz Mall ( camelactive Flagship Store)
• TikTok Mall (camel active MY)

camel active bears no responsibility or liability for the products purchased outside of these official sales points. Buyers who choose to purchase through unofficial third parties do so entirely at their own risk. This notice is issued to provide correct information and to protect consumers as well as uphold the authenticity, quality and integrity of camel active and C by camel active.

Berasal dari Jerman pada tahun 1977, camel active merupakan jenama pakaian kasual gaya hidup “outdoor” yang terkenal dengan produk fesyen yang merangkumi pakaian, kasut, beg dan aksesori kecil yang dijual di peringkat antarabangsa, serta telah membina kesedaran jenama di pasaran Malaysia sejak tahun 1984. Logo jenama yang digunakan di bawah jenama asal camel active dari Eropah adalah seperti tiga yang ditunjukkan di atas.

Kami telah dimaklumkan bahawa terdapat produk dalam kategori pakaian, kasut, beg dan aksesori kecil yang menyerupai, dan boleh mengelirukan seolah-olah berasal daripada camel active dan C by camel active dijual melalui peruncit yang tidak sah, terutamanya di platform e-dagang.

Kami ingin memaklumkan kepada orang ramai bahawa camel active dan C by camel active, yang hanya menggunakan logo seperti yang ditunjukkan di atas, dijual secara eksklusif melalui saluran jualan rasmi berikut:

• Kedai camel active di pusat membeli-belah utama
• Kaunter camel active di semua gedung serbaneka utama seperti Parkson, AEON, SOGO, Metrojaya, The Store
• Laman web rasmi camel active (www.camelactive.my)
